Application package required to sponsor relatives that are already residing in Canada is different as compared to application kit needed for family members living outside Canada. You have to fill the application forms and get all required documents. You have to sign a commitment form, in which you agree that you will support your relatives for some specific period of time.

Then you have to pay the required fees. Payment can be done online through this CIC website or at any financial institution in Canada. You should submit application forms along with documents. When sponsoring your spouse or children, you have to mail all the forms along with documents and money order to the concerned case center for processing which is mentioned in the application kit.

When CIC approves this sponsorship application, they will send you permanent residence application forms which should be sent to your relatives. These forms must be completed and sent to visa office in home country. Then you should wait for your visa.
